Mahakali Puja

The name of the Goddess Mahakali is derived from the Sanskrit term 'Kaal,' which means time, and nothing can ever escape the clutches of time. The Hindus know Mahakali as the most powerful form of Shakti, the most fearful, and as the one who is the destroyer of evil forces. A devotee who appeases Goddess Mahakali by performing the spiritual disciplines of purifying the severity of life is bestowed with the deity's blessings in a way that She removes all evils and darknesses from their lives. Being a cosmic power, she is known to bless her worshippers with peace and mental satisfaction.
